Build Utopia

our mission is to build a real utopia..

i know that sounds impossible, or maybe a bit delusional or something..

but we must realize, that with God, and with faith, anything is possible..

so here's our plan:

STEP 1: RAISE FUNDS

hi, i'm Wÿ - the founder of WORLD UTOPIA™ and UTOPIAN ARMY™..
i'm a software engineer, and a designer, and i'm passionate about building a better world..
it is 2026 now, and this plan // mission // vision has been brewing in my mind and in my world for about 7 years at this point..
i've tried multiple times to get this dream out.. but many things have stood in my way..
from mental health struggles, to financial instability, to just a lack of clarity..
but this year i turned 30.. and i feel it's time to make this dream a reality..

so here is the plan:
my company - UTOPIAN ARMY™ LLC - has designed // developed 3 subsidiary businesses:
UTOPIANISM™ // a positive social app
JESUS JOURNAL™ // a bible journaling app
ALOAYO™ // a beautiful clothing brand
my goal is to make these businesses successful, and to donate 50% of the profits from these businesses to this mission..
i have more business ideas in the works as well..
in order for this mission to be successful at the scale envisioned, we need to reach at least $20M per year in revenue from these businesses, plus donations..

STEP 2: FIND LOCATIONS

we will need to find locations to build the utopias..
our plan is to either purchase land, or partner with communities that are into the mission..
our focus with this is to not only redesign the way our built environment looks, feels, and functions..
but - more importantly - to redistribute ownership of the built environment to the people who have been denied ownership for too long..
we are planning to start building the first utopias in South Africa..

STEP 3: PLAN & DESIGN

planning and designing the utopias will be the most important part of this mission..
as with anything, great design is vital to achieving the desired outcome..
we will need to create a blueprint for the utopias..
i - wÿ - started designing these utopias with pencil and paper, in 2019.. seen above..
in the new era of ai, i've gone further into the design, and generated some really cool concepts.. seen below..
but we will need to hire a small team of architects and engineers to convert these concepts into realistic and structurally sound plans..
the designs we actually build will probably be much simpler, and easier to construct.. but still beautiful..
we are doing more than just designing buildings, we are designing an ecosystem and a living environment that will be the new habitat of humanity..
so we must think big, and take every little detail into consideration..
utopia, in the way that i use the word, just means a type of lifestyle and a type of environment which is:
A : beautiful
B : peaceful
C : sustainable

STEP 4: BUILD

building the utopias will be a long and challenging process..
our plan is to use the least harmful construction methods possible..
we are looking into hempcrete, bamboo, adobe, and other low-impact construction methods..
our first buildings may look something like the sketch seen below..
imagine something like that, built from a regionally-sourced bamboo frame and hempcrete walls..
set within a completely green and blue suburban landscape of stream streets, with walking // biking paths on either side of the streams.. and small bridges at the intersections..
maybe a small pyramid-shaped corner store there and there, with a roof garden..
micro hydro-electric generators creating power from small waterfalls in the streams..
mini wind turbines on the roofs of the buildings..
beautiful............ lovely.. 😊

STEP 5: SHARE

this is the part where the new owners of the utopias get to move in..
God willing, this day will come, and i can't wait to see it..
every structure built, whether residential or commercial, will be gifted to a person in need..

STEP 6: REPEAT

so, at this point, we have successfully built one utopian community..
meaning, everything is constructed, the new owners are living in their new homes, and the community is thriving..
now we assess what we did right, what we need to improve on, and what we could innovate upon..
then, we start the process all over again..
somewhere else in the world..
ultimately, when it's all said and done, we will have built a network of utopias around the earth..
and a new era of ubiquitous human equity and a renewed prosperity of life, will exist for us all..

STEP 7: SUSTAIN

yea.. we just gotta keep it alive..
but remember, God is the one who sustains it..
and no one, whether man, woman, or spirit, can over rule the will of God..
if it is to be, it shall be.. forever..
